Adjust tables and copy document IDs

Choose visible columns, sort and filter work, change page size, and copy the full document or Juan reference.

In this guide

Tables let you focus on the fields useful to your work. Hiding a column changes your view, rather than removing data or changing the file's status.

Choose visible columns

Open the table's column chooser and select the columns to show. Your choice is saved to your profile and follows you when you sign in on another machine. It is a personal preference, not the firm's table configuration.

New columns default to visible. A hidden column's associated sort or filter can be cleared when needed so the table is not silently controlled by a field you removed.

Use a column's menu for its supported sort or filter. Search terms and table controls apply to the list you are on; the purchase and sale lists are separate. If an expected file is missing, clear filters and check the side and company before uploading again.

Not every table has every control. Read the displayed row count and current page to understand how much of the result you are seeing.

Rows per page and small screens

Use Rows per page to change the displayed page size. A wide table may scroll inside its card on a narrow screen. Scroll the table rather than assuming a column off-screen has disappeared.

Copy an identifier

Document numbers and Juan IDs can be shortened in the display to fit. The copy button copies the whole value, rather than the shortened form. Use that action when giving an admin a file reference or finding the matching transaction in Juan.

Copying an ID does not open or edit the transaction. If you paste a shortened display value by selecting the text instead, it may not identify the original record correctly.
